Getting close. The test pressings are out for approval. Once that is done things will be in motion. The problem with vinyl is that it is in such high demand that the presses are backed up. Vinyl was up 57% in 2015 over the previous year.

That's good news! I for one have been buying vinyl since college. Now I prefer to buy it because you get the record AND a download code. I know many record pressing plants shut down their doors when cds were booming and like you said, with the boom in vinyl they can't keep up.

Maybe once this gets up and running it'll put a dent in the backlog.

talking of real runners - I unsubbed from the ultralist about a year or 2 ago as the signal v noise ratio was getting out of whack.
Is it any better now?
