Redrocks package, no Guild membership

Maybe similar to a previous poster but... I haven't signed up for the Guild as of yet. Do I need to be in order to buy one of the VIP packages through CIB website for the Red Rocks shows? Looks like to me it has nothing to do with the Guild as far as I can tell

CID packages for Red Rocks are now available to general public
here.
